OK this is what I would suggest to do... It will take some time to do but Im almost certain it will fix it..
On your BB desktop if you go into application loader and then update software, you will see two OS's
one is .75 the other is a downgrade to .65...... first off do a backup on your phone then do a downgrade to the .65 os will take about 30 to 45 min.... then reload the .75 os again... you may have to resend the service books as said before. But this will restore your current OS. It is a pretty simple task, Just a bit time consuming. Just do not touch or unplug phone from computer at any time until everything is done.. I will be on here for awhile if you need any help..

I was just reading through, you have a corrupted driver and you do need to reload the device OS.
Highrang101 gave you they best way to go at the top of the post.
Go to the grey search box and look up the nulpointer exceptions, you'll see what you need to
do. One suggestion, If you have a full backup from before this started to occur, I'd use it.
