Change of service provider - email update lost

Hello I have changed service provider from vodafone tmobile, retaining my Blackberry storm.  All services fine except I am now not receiving email on the phone.  Not sure how to  correct this. Can anyone help please?

When you swapped SIM cards, did you notify the new provider?

You will need the BIS BlackBerry data plan on that new account in order for email and other BlackBerry data services.

 

On your Manage Connections screen, click on the Services Status.
What is the status of the BlackBerry Internet Service?

dthanks.  The blackberry internet service shows 'connected but the  bby enterprise service states  'not conenected'

I have forgotten my BB ID Username and password...., i have tried to reset via the Create your bby ID but it says that a 'BBy ID with this email address already exists' which of course it does...me!

jayne, we could have started there, letting me know you forgot the BLackBeryID.  :smileywink:
