Deleting Folders

I have removed two email accounts from my Storm, however when I go to View Folders, the inbox folders for both of the removed email accounts still appear.  How do I delete these folders?

options- advanced options- service book

delete all service books associated to the emails

should be 2 for each email

I tried your suggestion and it did remove the email accounts but the folders still remain.  Any other ideas?
