Deleting theme Storm

I just downloaded a them to my new storm...and wish to delete it. I followed the instructions and when I went to the menu key to hit delete. There is no delete option when I open the menu once I've highlighted the theme to be deleted. Any ideas..

Are you look at Options > Advanced > Applications > "yourtheme" > Menu > Delete?
