The only option available to me on my blackberry storm for email setup is " i want to use a work email account with a blackbery enterprise server".
I do not have a blackberry enterprise server do i need one to enable me to use email through the storm?
As you may have guessed this is my first blackberry and forum post I would be very greatful for any help or advice.

to say the truth, I am trying also to help my self. I was supposed to get one yesterday in a Vodafone store in London, but they didn't receive. How did you get yours?
The best way to use a Blackberry is with a blackbery enterprise server, but you can use the provider server but with no full service. I dont know exactly which services you can get with Vodafone UK

I have same problem above which I only see Setup Wizard on Setup folder, and only see 'I want to use a work email account with a Blackberry Enterprise Server', but don't see any Blackberry Internet Server in this Email Setting. My phone was bought by handcarry, it made in Hungaray. Please advise or what to do for how to use Email. Thanks...

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!
To use the proprietary RIM Push email capability, you must have an adequate data plan from your carrier. The carriers host BIS for their BB users. Typically, BIS is not available via generic data plans. Many carriers call what is necessary The Blackberry Data Plan. Whatever they call it, it is the carrier who delivers BIS to their BB users -- contact them for assistance. Once you have a BIS-capable data plan on your BB (at whatever fees your carrier will charge, btw), you will then have Personal Email added to the email setup wizard.
Good luck!

Not sure if this helps, I had the same problem on setting up my email address, however it worked out that when my sim card got switched on it gave me the relevant options.
It is true alosabout having the relevant vocie data pack.
Fianl option is to go to Options\advanced options and i think you select default serivces or host routing table and it will send a message to server and then send you the settings. (im am not fully sure on the option to select in advanced options, sorry)
