Email won't work without a restart

What do I do if this continues to happen?  It seems after every time I sync my Storm with my computer, I have to take the battery out and "restart" it to get my email to work.  Is there a simple setting that I can change?  It gets to be very frustrating.

"Continues to happen"? This is your first post...so we can't know about any history...we need a lot more information to help you...and that should be in a thread of your own. We will have the mods split this out so that we can help you. When you next respond, please include some critical details:

  • Device Model (9500 or 9530)
  • Device OS level
  • Carrier
  • Email OTA method (BIS, BES, redirector, etc.)

also whether you are syncing on a MAC or Windows environment, and what yo are syncing with(outlook, OE, yahoo)

also what email cmpany are you having trouble with when this happens(gmail, yahoo, hotmail, etc) is it pop, imap, or OWA?
