Error backingup (I tried clearing browser cache already)

I have a 9530 and I am trying to preform a backup. I am getting a "Error backing up database(s)." message when my DM gets to the "messages" section of the backup process. I have tried the browser cache clear, but as the problem seems to stem from the messages, that does not help. Does this mean I have to clear all my messages?

 

I also used to be hooked up to my work email (this is my personal BB), but I have since left my old job and did not remove any of that info from my BB. Would that cause a problem?  Thanks for any help.

 

I have DM v4.7 and my 9530 is running v4.7.0.75.

Open your Messages icon > Menu > Options > Email Reconciliation. Do you have a setting there for Wireless Reconcile?
