Freehand indicator and speaker problem

Hi

 

I have trouble with an freehand indicator that appears everytime i make or receive a call. The speaker is not working, not even with multimedia.

 

Do you have a solution for this problem??

 

I have the  4.7.0.122 software version.

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums :smileyhappy:

 

It sounds like there may be an issue with the device software or hardware. I would suggest getting access to a PC with your USB cable and device then attempt to reload the device software.

 

If it fails to resolve the issue you may want to contact your point of sale for replacement options.
