I use my STORM 9500 for 4 years now.
The phone was sold with system v4.7. I had up to 3 email accounts on my phone without any pb.
Last week I updated to v5.0, that deleted all my email accounts, then no way to set up more than one address.
The email set up wizard give me an "update failure"
Thanks for your help to fix it.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
With a strong carrier network signal (e.g., not merely WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Delete and Resend Service Books
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you can try, from your BB Browser, www.blackberry.com/integrate, or contact your mobile service provider for formal support.

Unfortunately the whole procedure didnt change anything to my hard point.
The procedure "deletion and resend service book" sounds like treatment for a problem of reception of email about an account already set. The only CMIME I could delete was the one of the only email account I could set up and that is working well.
The set up of a second email account still abort.
