BlackBerry® Storm™

Sorry if this has been answered, but I looked around and didn't see an actual fix for this.

I have an IMAP email account setup (not Gmail or Yahoo Plus) and I view my messages on my Storm and on my Desktop with Thunderbird. The problem I am having is that if I delete an email when I am at my desktop, it does not delete it from the Storm. I have to delete all the messages that I deleted already from the Storm. I can't get my Storm to reconcile with my IMAP email.

Are there any tips on how to get my emails to reconcile?

I am having the exact same problem. If I delete an email message in outlook or gmail, it will not delete on the storm. If I delete on the storm, however, the email is deleted from my imap email (outlook or gmail). Weird?!

I have email reconcilation turned on and "Synchronize deleted items between this mailbox and my device." checked on my Blackberry Internet Service homepage.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If anyone can help, I'm having the opposite problem.  I have a Go Daddy based e-mail account and use Outlook on my desktop.  My e-mails are being automatically deleted from my Storm when I want to keep them.  I have Outlook set to leave the e-mail on the server for one day and have the Storm's e-mail reconciliation settings for "On Conflict" set to "Handheld Wins".  I did this based upon the advice of a Blackberry tech and it seemed to work for awhile but no longer does.  Any ideas?

What do you have for "Delete On"? I keep mine to "Mailbox & Handheld". What do you have set for "On Conflict"? I keep mine always to "Mailbox Wins".

Also, there have been some recent reports of issues with BIS...some have received duplicate messages, others have reported this inability to delete. One person reported that VZW told him that there indeed were issues and that RIM was involved. Not sure if that is causal to your situations, but it might be...
