one more thing my friends,my device (bb storm) is from another carrier (verizon) and i have t-mobile,how i can unlocked the old carrier to i can use whith t-mobile?? can i get it for free?? i can do that by my self???

How to unlock: contact Horizon in my signature for unlocking.

No, not for free, but inexpensive.

Yes, you can do it yourself AFTER you purchase an unlock code, BUT you will be required to follow very specific instructions to enter the unlock code.
