Key lock

I've just upgraded my Storm's software to v.4.7.0.141 and have noticed a very annoying problem with the lock function. Where previously, pressing the lock button on the top left of the phone would lock both the screen and the four buttons and the bottom of the phone - I can now press the green call button, red disconnect button, back button and menu button and they all unlock the phone allowing me to access the screen.

Has anyone else had this problem after this upgrade, and is there a solution to resolve it?

Cheers

Pete

Re: Key lock

Solved?

SOLVED!!!??

So what happens when you have been called and need to press a number on the keypad?

I'll tell you, Mild drizzle nearly has a seizure.

The phone is in your pocket (with the 'work around' (tm) key lock password on).

The phone rings

You answer it

You need to press a number key

You press the area of the screen that brings up the number keypad...Nothing

You press the area again....Nothing

Press Press PRESS..

Nothing Nothing.........Enter password!

GAAAARRGGGHHHH!

End result...Call cut off and Mild drizzle a bit flakey for a couple of minutes.

So my question tech support peeps.....

With the 'work around' (tm) password on can I get the phone to unlock when it rings so that if I have to press a number during a received call I don't have to enter the password?
