Most of us have preinstalled apps and 3rd party apps on our storm right.
These apps take up the storms internal memory.
1. DELETE PREINSTALLED APPS THAT YOU DONT USE.
These could be apps like verizons visual voice mail and VZ navigator (unless you use them).
Deleting unused apps like AIM,Yahoo Messenger, or Google Talk and other unused apps will increase the speed of your storm dramatically (these can be reinstalled should you decide to use them)!
2. CLEAN YOUR HOME.
Not your home that you live in, but your home screen!
Limiting the number of icons/folders/apps on your home screen will also increase your storms responsiveness.
This does not mean deleting anything, but putting things in their place. Example:
Since all of your email/sms/text messages come to the general messages folder, make a new folder and put all of your email/mms/text message icons in this new folder (you can name the folder what you like).
Keep applications that don't need to be right at your fingertips in the applications folder and the more important ones on your home screen.
I have made a folder on my storm called extra which has my options, camera, games, setup, help, search, music, sounds, manage connections, lock, power off and soft reset icons in it.
You will see and feel a noticeable improvement in the speed and responsiveness of your storm, plus you will have a lot less clutter on you homescreen!
Also try to keep you homescreen icons to around 8 or less.
Give it a try, and you will like!!!

Call me an **bleep**, but I can't figure out how to delete applications like digital voice and VZ Navigator. When I enter into the application folders I don't see options to delete, just reinstall or open. When I open up the navigator, and look through the menu there aren't options there either. What am I doing wrong?
