I have an unlocked blackberry storm 9530 for TMOBILE. The retailer said that my phone has picture messaging. Well, it doesn't have that option. It only has the SMS option. I've searched everywhere for an answer but, I was unable to find one and I really need help. Also, my BBM doesnt work. & I don't have internet on my plan. HOWEVER, MMS and BBM option is still suppose to work. PLEASE HELP! Thanks x

Welcome to the BB Community...

Regarding MMS, u do have that in ur BB...Like other mobiles, in BB u dnt have another option to change SMS to MMS, its auto changeable...when u wanna send any MMS, do as u do when u send SMS n just click the BB button n go to "attach" n select picture, video etc what u wanna send, ur SMS will automatically change to MMS...

Regarding BBM service, normally u need some plan which supports BBM...check with ur service provider that the plan ur using supports BBM or not...normally BIS service includes all BB services...

Nothing changed.... There is no MMS option at all. Plus, I downgraded to 4.7 and there's still no option. Now when I try upgrading to 5.0 again i can't

The best thing for u to do is to take ur BB to a BB service center and get it checked by the professionals...

I just found out one more option, should give it a try,if it too doesnt work then follow the instruction in my last post...

Go to Text Messages -> Options -> Under "send text-only message  as:" u will find 3 options,choose "always mms"...normally this option remains as "automatic"
