MSN email sync issues

My MSN emails are showing up on my Storm, but when I read an email on my phone it is not showing as read on my MSN account. The same occurs when reading an email on my MSN account, it doesn't show as read on my phone. In otherwords, my storm shows over 400 unread emails while my MSN shows 0.

The reconcile setting is on in the options menu.

HELP!!!

Also, I've noticed that not all emails are making it to my phone. Again...HELP!!!

MSN accounts should be reconciling read, delete and saved messages made on the BlackBerry, to the server.

There is no function for the reconcile of read, deletes and saved messages from the email server to the device, for MSN accounts.
