Dear all,

I am having troubles with my blackberry storm sometimes the touch screen does not show or display anything, but there is a backlight, the screen is dark and black, I have tried to contact blackberry via this website and unfortunately was unable to do so.

so I am trying here, can someone help me????

OS release # (Look at Options > About, third line down beginning with a "v.4.xxx)

When do you get this dark screen?

Does pressing the Menu key wake it up?

What have you found that wakes up the screen, or is the issue that it stays black all of the time?

Hi,

I have the same problem with my blackberry storm 9530.  Already tried to wake it up by pressing the menu button but still with no avail.  All I have is dark screen with back light.  Please help with the said issue.  Thanks...

All the buttons doesn't have any reaction at all.

My BB is Storm 9500.

The dark screen is on at the start and nothing wakes it up, only the backlight is on all the time.  I can't see anything on the screen to select.

Please help me

Same problem...Appears to have started after I upgraded OS.  Love to find a fix here...

Me too,

 I just got it about 2 months ,but I havent used it since the day I bought it . Now , when I start to use it , It just display the backlight , even though I tried to wake it up by pressing the menu key.

Have someone already fixed that problem yet ???? Please let me know, if you've already fixed it .
