I don't know what to do....my storm keeps freezing. When it happens I cannot answer/make calls, check emails, etc. The only way for it to start to work again is if I remove the battery and put it back on...
Can someone help me, please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

More information please...like, exactly, what does freezing mean? Is there a little clock in the center of a white screen? What exactly do you do when it freezes? Or is it totally random? What is the interval between freezes? Minutes? Hours? Weeks? Oh, and what specific model is your Storm -- 9500 or 9530? Oh, and what device OS are you on? Oh, and what carrier are you with?
A few more details and perhaps we can help.

if you notice it starting to do this but can still get some ability to do something (difficultily)
click on menu button and switch application, see what applications are int he list and tell us here

Indeed there is a little clock in the center of the screen...and it is driving me nuts.. It happens randomily and it happens at least 2x day.
I have the Storm 9530 with verizon .
I guess the O.S is v 4.7.0.148
