My storm 9500 Will not start

one day I got up and saw my device that was connected to the computer via USB for recharge in a starting mode, (white screen with a clock in the middle).

I did not do any software updates, my desktop manager wasn't on.
when I disconnected the device from the computer I saw that it was trying to start but restarts every 30 sec, and so on till the buttery died.

i tryed to let it be for 2 hours and recharge the buttery via AC adapter (original) but when the device had enough buttery to start it did the same thing try to start and crashing every 30 sec.

I do not live in the country where I bought the device so my phone company will not give me support (they do not have the Storm here, only the Bold).

what can I do???
