New BB Storm 9530 Email Question

My email worked fine. I was able to send and receive emails until yesterday when I (for the first time) synced my address book, calendar etc. from Outlook 2003 to my device. Now I am not receiving any emails nor when I send them do they go out. There is a small icon next to these messages which either looks like a clock or is  supposed to represent Outlook. What did I do wrong when syncing? Thank you. MJML

Re: New BB Storm 9530 Email Question

I think there is a simple coincidence, it had nothing to with syncing to Outlook.

The icon you see is a calendar "waiting" to send the email.

Do this, : With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot.

Give it a few minutes. If nothing, do this:

1. Options > Advanced > Host Routing Table > Menu > Register.

2. Resend your service books from your carrier BIS site.

3. With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot
