No Internet -Urgent-

Hi there, 

i've been on orange for a few  years now via Carphone Warehouse.

my dad has just gone onto contract and given me the blackberry he got with the contract. 


my contract had internet, i am paying for it, so i know i've got it.


the thing is, the phone won't let me use the Mobile internet, or the WI-FI either.



so i can't set up my emails, i can't do anything. 

does anyone know what i can do before i have a go at Carohone Warhouse for being S**T!!!

You need to call Orange and make sure you have THE BlackBerry Data Plan on your account. Just any generic data plan won't do, make certain that the one you have includes BlackBerry data. There is a difference. Your BlackBerry device PIN and IMEI must be connected to your BlackBerry Data Plan.


So, call Orange.
