Options>Status>Database Sizes Bug?

So I'm trying to free up some Application Memory and I presume by cleaning out:

Browser History/Cookies, etc

Messages

SMS

Call Logs

(all outgoing as well)

That my goal was to make everything (most) read 0/0.00k

However I got to the point to where my "messages" area said I had 43/43.1k  Now everything I can think of is cleaned out right now; where or why is it using this memory.  Verizon Tech said it might be a bug?  He said the "messages" is for phone call logs, sms, emails, mms etc etc but again I have erased everything and cannot figure out what it is consuming.

Any ideas?  Thanks

Re: Options>Status>Database Sizes Bug?

I figured it out.

When I use my vzw email account to send an email; where is my outgoing box? Well obviously I hid it, so I went into options and made it viewable and deleted the emails and voila

my messages now read 0/0.00k
