Outlook Calendar Event Invitations on Blackberry

When I receive an Outlook Calendar Event Invitation via email on my computer it DOES NOT show up on my Blackberry.  If I accept the event on my hotmail/computer, it does not sync with my blackberry.  All other email comes through my blackberry and my corporate calendar syncs fine with my blackberry calendar. 

 

I know others with the same phone that are able to send and receive outlook invitations on their Blackberry without a problem.

 

sigh...

 

Any ideas?

BB's do not have access to hotmail calendars

Thank you for your response, but I am still confused.  My friend with the exact same phone and program gets the emails and has actually tried to send them to me and other bb users from his bb.  I am the only one that does not receive them on my phone.:smileysad:
