I have a BB Storm 2 and the phone has been working fine where I live up until a couple of months ago. It seems that I cannot make or receive calls. All other apps and email etc work fine and I can receive texts. Its just phone calls that i cannot receive or make.
If i do a hard reboot by taking the battery out, it will allow me one call but then the problem starts again.
I have checked with my carriers and there is not a signal problem.
I have put the sim card in a nokia phone and it works fine.
Please can you advise what the prob might be????
