Hi guys after installing the new software for the storm i noticed that vedio's don't flip when i change the view of the phone it only appers on 1 side in landscape mode & doesnt wanna flip no matter what, howver it works fine with everything else . . anybody got the same problem? please help guys . .

Hi and welcome to the forums!

No data will be lost when doing the following: pull the battery while the device is ON.

Replace after a minute, Let the device reboot 1-3 min, see if the problem is fixed, 

If not, I would go to options, advanced options, Host routing tables, press menu key, and select register now.

I would then send service books. This will load the carrier specific modules.

I have not verified this but I am sure my Storm never did. When a video is played it is always in landscape with the ear piece to the left and the buttons to the right. I think the pospose of this is that if you are using the "Sync Pod" (see http://www.shopblackberry.com/_blackberryaccessories/cgi-bin/pd.cgi?frompage=category&page=product_d... ) the input for the data/power connector has to be facing down.

Video is always displayed in landscape.  It makes for more effective viewing.

Thank everybody for your help .. Unfortunately problem not solved tried removing battery, tried also the host tables .. And I'm sure that the BB storm is not supposed to be playin videos on 1 side of landscape only as shown above that's the only side workin .. However I tried shooting a video, I hit the play button right after recordin it (still in Video camera) it plays fine & rotates in directions as its supposed to do normally!! Appreciate the help guys
