SMS and Email not opening

Hi All,

 

I bought a Blackberry Storm 9520 on ebay and since the time i have bought it i am unable to write new SMS or open it. I tried to get it solved through the local repair shops in Bangalore, but with no result.

 

Can someone please help me solve it at the earliest as i had paid quite a sum of money for it.

Do you receive any error prompt while trying to open SMS and MMS?

No it just does not open...i cant even compose the message or read which has come to my inbox...
