I purchased my Black Berry 9520 Storm 2 in Johor Malaysia from dealer SHINING TELECOMMUNICATION SDN.BHD on 19.09.2010.
I had soft ware problem in my mobile and deposited it with dealer for rectifying the problem. It has completed almost 20 days and I do not have any status of my moble.
I am calling to this dealer regularly but there is no progress.
Please suggest what I can do to get my hand set back now.
