My Device: Storm 9530

Set Up BB as Modem

Hello Folks !!!  I bought a BB Storm 9530 in USA.  It was supposed to be new, but when I activated it in Dominican Republic with CLARO Codetel, we realize it was first connected by Verizon in USA.

All the funtion are actually running well in DR with Claro Codetel (Web Browser, emails account, etc), but my Notebook does not reconize the BB as Modem, but when I connect another BB originally from Claro, it works perfectly.

The Claro Codetel Support told me that  may be as my BB was first connected by Verizon, there should be a set up in the phone because as Verizon in USA does not has the same band or same configuration as Claro in DR.

Could you please help me with this issue ?

Thanks in advance !!!
