I know the title of this thread looks odd, but allow me to explain.
My Zune is having some SERIOUS issues at the moment, so I decided ot use my Storm's 8GB card for some music. Well, I added some music to my Storm and off to work I went. At work I was jamming along to the tunes when all of the sudden they stopped, right in the middle of a song. I listened carefully through my earphones and heard the chime my phone makes indicating a SMS message. I pulled the phone from my pocket, but there was no messages. None. Not an SMS, MMS, IM, email or even a warning from my Weather Bug. Odd I thought, and went right back to work. The music started again a couple seconds later. At the end of that song I heard nothing. I pulled the phone from my pocket only to see the slider was still moving alone in the next song and the timer was counting away...but there was NO music. I paused the player for about 3 seconds, unpaused it and the tunes came back. I figured it was a glitch and continued on with my day. 2 songs later, the same thing. All in all, it happened about 5 times today. The false chime issue was an isolated incident, so I am not too concerned with it. But the 5 times of a song starting and no sound is getting annoying. This issue has happened before, but never so much in one day (I have used the media player in the past, but never as my primary player).
Specs you may need to know. Just let me know if I forgot anything.

All other programs disabled (not running). Only the main 5 applications that always run and the Media player.
Got any ideas? Did I forget any important info? Still learning my Storm, not sure what's import info and what is not.
