Stolen blackberry

Please can anyone tell me how i can block a stolen blackberry in nigeria, will appreciate your help a lot. Thank you.

That may be difficult.  If you didn't have blckberry protect setup, you won't be able to track the device.

You have to report the device as stolen to your carrier.  besides that, not much else can be done.

My Niece lost her Blackberry in UK and it was found in an electronic bazaar in India...

Tnx just wish RIM can have an app similar to that  of the iphone where  stolen phones can be blocked no matter where that phone is being used on this earth..

Yes it was but right its being switched of as the sim has being taken out of the phone but still have the bbm pin and serial number of the phone. tnx
