Storm 9500 - device software updgrade removed ringtones

Hi -

 

I am using BB Storm 9500. I upgraded my device software to 4.7.141 but after upgrade all of preloaded  ringtones have been removed. All of the notifications have also been affected. Does anyone know how to get them back?

 

Also, is v5.0 available for 9500 (vodafone)
