I recently bought an unlocked Storm 9550 and using it on GSM network in India.  I have configured my Blackberry Enterprise Server emails on the phone and as per my organisational policies the phone is password protected and auto locks every 30 minutes.  While the phone is in unlock mode, all incoming calls displays the name from my phone book.  However, when I receive calls in the lock mode, no name is displayed and only the no. appears.  Seems that the incoming calls are unable to look up the number in my phone book, when the phone is in locked mode. Any solutions for this?

Also, I do not see options related to call waiting, call forward, call barring and FDN Phone list in my Phone Options menu.

I at least managed to resolve the problem related to incoming calls.

Go to Options>Secutiry Options>Encyption and select No for 'Include Contacts". That way the contacts wont be encrypted and you can receive call with names even when the phone is locked
