My Device: Blackberry storm 2

Storm Device error 365

Can anyone help my storm shows Device error 365 and will not work at all. It will not connect to the computer via the usb cable. I have tried taking the battery out and putting it back in but nothing seems to help.  Is this device dead?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
