Strange Icon

I have an unfamiliar icon that appears under the time and date.  It is a number 1 next to what looks like upside down eye glasses.  I have read several boards, looked in the manual, and I cannot find any reference to this icon.  Any help would be appreciated.

Also, I have noticed that when I am text messaging, using the full keyboard, that a line is running through the middle of the screen.  Has anyone else experienced this?

Re: Strange Icon

Hi and Welcome!

From your description, it sounds like the voice mail icon... you also should see an item in your SMS/MMS list of messages.

Not sure about your second question, though...

Re: Strange Icon

Hi and welcome to the forums!

I am not sure about the line. But  sdardne is correct.

A VM looks like o_o.

If you can't find it do the following:

From the main message queue do a search:
service=ALL SERVICES
folder: ALL FOLDERS
show: ONLY UNREAD
type=ALL

Thanks,
