The phone seems to sync just fine, but when I open Outlook I cannot find my contacts list.  I am looking the folder that I setup the sync to, but cannot find what I need.  Is this a 2000 issue?  TIA

That seems to be a common problem with 2000, have you tried updating your outlook to a newer version? Storm seems to have alot of problem syncing with outlook and the desktop manager

I was trying not to upgrade if possible due to needing Access 2000 and not wanting to spend the $$$$$ for the newest officeware.

If I recall correctly, Desktop Manager version 4.2, Service Pack 2 was the last verison to support Outlook 2000.

I know for a fact that 4.3, 4.5, 4.6 and 4.7 do not. 

You either need to downgrade your DM, or upgrade your Outlook.

Hello - has this statement been verified? I have the same problem. Ver 4.7 and outlook 2000. Email work fine but I can not sync the contacts.
