Hello;

Im having issues transferring Music files into my blackberry storm 9500 . Can any one please tell me a step by step way of doing it. And i already tried moving them one at a time to what i thought was device memory but it didnt work. Thanks for any help.

Hello,

The simplest way is, with a computer, to use Mass Storage Mode. That way, from your computer, you will have two additional drive letters (Windows) or volumes (MAC), one each for Device Memory and Media Card Memory. Then you can treat them as just another USB drive, and manage your files from the computer interface rather than the BB interface:
