Uncaught exception error? Please help!

I get this message every few minutes on my newly replaced Storm:

Uncaught Exception: Module with handle [4714] and index [0] has no application entry point.

What is module 4714?

What is index 0?

What does it mean to have no application entry point?

I can't notice any problems yet but would like to stop getting the error message.

Any solution would be appreciated.

Thank you!

Re: Uncaught exception error? Please help!

You need to reload the original software to fix the problem.

Re: Uncaught exception error? Please help!

Have you loaded any 3rd party apps on the device?

As the other poster stated you can reload the OS on the device with desktop manager. You can get the latest Storm software from www.vzam.net/blackberry. Download the handheld OS and save to the PC. Run the EXE file you downloaded with Desktop Manager not running. Thefile will install and then prompt you to launch Desktop Manager. Answer "yes" and the app loader will launch.

Re: Uncaught exception error? Please help!

Thanks to both of you, however, I figured out that a 3rd party app was causing the problem.  I installed the weather channel application, but deleted it because I didn't think it worked too well.  It turns out that I never fully closed the application before deleting it, and when I clicked 'switch applications' it showed that the weather channel app was still running.  After I went in, closed the app, then went into my applications list and fully deleted the app, I never got the error message again.

I hope this helps anyone who had a similar problem and wanted to avoid reloading their entire OS.
