I don't think that error message is specific to running 4.7.0.90. I am still running the official release of 4.7.0.75 on my 9530 and I get the same message when I am using some applications that require internet / data usage. It happens randomly though because I get the message when running programs that work fine most of the time and when I do get the error message all that happens is the program closes then I immediately re-open it and the application/program works perfectly.
