Upgrade Apps From APP WORLD

I recedived an Upgrade on APP World

 

One was APP World itself so I I click Upgrade. But I get Not Enough Memory & Recommend to Remove an App From App World

So I removed APP World Then Went to the Applications & re installed APP WORLDS upgrade

The Other Upgrade was Mp3 Ring tone Creator . But when I clicked it I Receive Mp3 Ringtone Creator Download on Available 

on APP World. WHY?

What can I Do to get the Mp3 Creator Upgrade
