app 200 error please help!!

hi im new to the forums. i ran into this problem yesterday.

i updated OS to .109 and i deleted vz navigator and when the phone restarted it it gave me the app 200 error message.

now i got the part where i reconnect device and open DM and click app loader but the problem is when it asks me for the password i dont know the password because i have never set one.

is there a password that it comes with maybe like 1234 or 0000??

any help would be much appreciated.

There is no default password. If Desktop Manager is asking for password, it is only because you do have one set on the device.

 

Look on the BB > Options > Password and at the top of that screen, what does it say next to Password?

 

Warning, entering the incorrect password ten times (or whatever you have set under Password) will wipe the device completely of ALL data, contacts, messages, calendar etc. There is no way around this.
