please can someone help me , as ui cannot start my phone it has app error 552 with a whity background i have tried removiung battery , does it have a pinhole at the bottom of phone is this a reset button ?
Also, FYI, removing the battery with the power on is how you reset a Blackberry handset. The hole you are looking at is going probably the opening for the mic.
