You probably need to change your TCP/IP settings.
Got to Options-->Advanced Options-->TCP/IP
Under APN Settings Enabled change the VZW line to apn.voicestream.com
I think that's the address for T-Mobile, not 100% sure though.

i try to change it but i don't know how,it doesn't change when i click it.do you have other way?

So go to www.tmobile.com , lo gin on your account, go to setup blackberry mail, and resend the service books to your device.
Or call Tmobile Customer Service and ask for the service books, and ask if your Device is running on the Network.

where is the setup blackberry mail?i didn't see it..okay i'll try to call them later..
is there anything i can do beside that??and know about this problem?

i too, just got a blackberry storm to use on t mobile (traded from a G1) and i am also having the same problem. justed called tmobile and they said that the tci/ip address is wap.voicestream.com please keep me posted if you get yours up and running correctly.
