Hai guys I want to help a friend connect his BB storm but it doesn't what could be the problem here please help

Do you have BlackBerry data plan? If you don't have data plan then try connecting Wi-Fi (9550) and browse internet.

Its a BB storm 9530 I think, but does a storm really connect to internet?
