congestion message

can anyone tell me what this message   (congestion ) means? I have to reboot to make a phone call

I am sorry, the phone is a storm2 9550 ................ I have even change the phone but I am still having the same problem

...just frustrated just about now

I saw your message and I am expeiencing the same issue with simple moble and my BB Storm 9550.

It worked great fro about 2 yrs. and now it will make one call and then Congestion until I remove the battery and it will make one more call. If the phone is called it automatically goes to the message system and does not ring.

 

I have ordered another Sim Card and will try it. If you find a fix for this pleas let me know.
