I've install desktop manager twice and each time the media manager is greyed out and I'm not able to utilize for transferring docs and pictures.  Any suggestions?

I avoid use of Media Manager because it drives me crazy with its bugs and slow functioning.

I use my blackberry (with sd-card inserted) as a USB-device.

And I transfer my files to sd-card via Windows when the device is connected via USB-cord to my computer.
