I have an envelope showing that says I have one email. When I go to the email box the message says no messages but it still shows the envelope with a 1 on the top line. I can not access it.

Hi. This problem has been addressed before. You have two folders to delete it from. The SMS/MMS folder and the messages folder as well as the e mail inbox.

It's a minor glitch. Have a battery pull reset to your device. This issue will be solved.

if its asquare envelope its email

if its an angled envelope its SMS/MMS
