Hi, all I am in need of help...I am new to Blackberry and for christmas had a Blackberry Storm 2, SIMFREE.
All working fine expect I cannot send or receive personal emails or MMS. I have contact my network provider and spend over 1hr on the phone and nothing has help.
When I access the internet - Blackberry internet service, it says ' Existing users' and asks for a user name and password but it won't regconsied it, its says my device is not registered, when my network provider say it is, and so I am stuck.
Also I cannot send MMS or receive them neither.
