keeping message/email

I have my email account and sms account set to keep messages forever but they are still deleted after about 20 days.  Does anyone have a work around?

Re: keeping message/email

First thing? Check the File Free at Options > Status, what is the number at File Free?

Now, with your BlackBerry powered on, remove the battery of your device, hold a minute, replace and reboot. What is the File Free now?

Re: keeping message/email

Your memory looks good, that shouldn't be the issue.

Do this, change that setting to keep mail for another amount like 60 days or whatever, then after a day return it to forever.

Of course, you won't be able to tell immediately if it worked..  :smileysad:
