missing Concise Oxford Dictionary/Thesaurus

Hi I bought the Concise Oxford Dictionary and Thesaurus from Handango ages ago and it was working no problem. Then had some problems and had to reload everything - now it seems to have gone back to the trial version but won't let me register (not that i know what the key is anyway). Actually it doesn't let me do anything. Am running the latest version of software on my Blackberry Storm 9500. I don't really want to have to re-purchase the app. Can anyone please help?

Re: missing Concise Oxford Dictionary/Thesaurus

Hello janamills and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

Did you buy the application directly from Handango or did you go through BlackBerry AppWorld?

If you went through AppWorld have a look at KB17625.

If you purchased the application directly from Handango then you would need to contact them for support.

Re: missing Concise Oxford Dictionary/Thesaurus

Hi there, thank you for replying. I bought it directly from Handango. It looks like it is on my desktop and i have tried installing it but it doesn't seem to work. I will go back to Handango. Thanks again.

Have you checked out KB15172 yet? It will show you how to install applications saved to the computer using the Desktop Manager.

Let me know how you make out :smileyhappy:
