Hi guys, my BB storm was working perfectly until i updated it to the newest update version 3.2

now my phone is freezing up nonstop... when i am trying to type emails text or anything it just frezzes up

even when i just go on it, what should i do?  I have the Black Berry storm 9530 and the verson 3.2 which messed my BBS up big time! i can't use it without it freezing up

please help

What is your exact device Operating System version, found on your BlackBerry at Options > About, third line down, looks like "v4.x.x.xxx"

it says v5.0.0.328 (platform 4.2.0.128)

Probably an application running in the background.

Do this, a simple reboot:  With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot.

After it's back up and running, let it sit for five minutes before touching it to allow the data activity, etc, to cease.
