i could not check the sms and error is coming as Uncaught.exception:java.lang.NullPointerException

Do you have any custom themes or messaging-related apps you're using? Try uninstalling them.

no i don't have any apps for that but i can see the sms is flashing but i could not open it . not singal message is opening in mobile

Well if you want to be sure, you can do a security wipe of the device which restores it to factory settings. You will lose all data on the device and all apps so make sure backup first.

i couldnot wipe the data as i don't have password for my mobile 

and after opening options then security options and memory cleaning 

but i did memory cleaning but nothing is happening i couldnot see my call history my dialed list

1. From the Home screen press Menu.

2. Select Options.

3. Select Security Options.

4. Select General Settings.

5. Press Menu.

6. Select Wipe Handheld.

7. To delete all third-party applications from your device, select the Include third-party applications check box.

8. Select Continue.

9. Type blackberry.

The Storm will take a few minutes and complete the data wipe. Once it’s complete, the device will be set back to factory default settings and data.
